Robert Mogielnicki

Dr. Robert Mogielnicki is a resident scholar at the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. He manages the long-term research series “Next Gen Gulf,” which explores how advanced technologies shape Gulf Arab governments and economies. His published work and commentary have appeared in Foreign Policy, The Banker, Axios, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Forbes, HuffPost, Cairo Review of Global Affairs, and the LSE Middle East Centre. He holds a D.Phil from the University of Oxford’s Magdalen College.
